Lexxel has acquired Kipper Industrial Piping, a specialist in mechanical systems and equipment management, including plumbing, welding, pipefitting, and HVAC equipment maintenance and replacement. Kipper has a history of expertise in mechanical services and pipefitting, managing projects with crews of over 100 and budgets exceeding tens of millions of dollars.

Lexxel will make full use of the full-service capabilities and experience of the acquisition, bolstering Lexxel’s Industrial Services division’s boutique solution offerings to better serve its established customer base and beyond.
