PETER TORTORELLA
Chairman
Peter has 32 years experience in the industrial supply and service marketplace. Over his career he has managed the successful rollup of fluid handling distribution & service companies which exited to Private Equity on two occasions. Peter specializes in M&A and strategic integration. He holds a degree in Political Science from Rutgers University.
MIKE CODI M.E.
President & CEO
Mike has over 30 years experience in construction design and engineering. His background in composites, electrical and mechanical systems are the driving force behind Lexxel’s technical and integrated solutions. Mike holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University.
ROBERT BENCINI
General Counsel M&A
Rob enjoyed a 30-year legal career as a partner in the firm Duke Holtzman where he established a robust practice in assisting clients with the buying and selling of businesses. Rob is responsible for managing Lexxel’s acquisition strategies and key relationship development.
CHUCK CARANCI
CFO
Chuck has extensive history in executive financial management for major contracting companies including Fluor and LeChase Construction. After earning an accounting degree from Bryant University and then working for a Big 4 accounting firm, Chuck grew his expertise in increasingly complex operational and financial roles.
MARK WOODRUFF
Director of Strategic Integration
Mark is a cofounder of IPD and leads mechanical engineering, business development, and design-build efforts. He has extensive experience with manufacturing, production, controls, equipment, piping, and structural systems for process, industrial, commercial, and institutional facilities.
